How to Register

Registration forms are provided below as downloadable PDF documents and are also available in the preschool office.

 Preschool Registration Form

  1. Complete the Preschool Registration form.
  2. Attach payment for the nonrefundable Registration Fee in the amount specified.
  3. Attach required Advanced Tuition Deposit equal to one month tuition for your child. The tuition deposit will be applied to your May tuition.
  4. Return to the Preschool Office or send the forms

Your canceled check serves as your receipt. All children are required to have a completed Physical Form and Lead Risk Assessment prior to the start of school. If and when all classes fill, we will start a waiting list for each type of class requested.For all classes, the student/teacher ratio is one teacher for every 10 students for a maximum of 20 students. If all the classes fill up, we would consider opening up additional classes.These would be additional afternoon classes.We will maintain an up to date waiting list.When an opening occurs, the next person on the list will be notified of the opening. Tuition Rates for St. Mark Preschool

Registration Fee: $65.00 for all age groups (NONREFUNDABLE)
$105.00 – 3 year olds/monthly ($945.00/year)
$135.00 – 4 year olds/monthly ($1,215/year)
$200.00– Pre-Kindergarten/monthly ($1,800/year)
Consumable Fee: $45.00 – 3 year olds / supply list
$55.00 – 4 year olds / supply list
$75.00 – Pre-Kindergarten / supply list (Payable with the September or October tuition payment)
